Diagnostics Fee: A non-refundable diagnostic fee may apply, depending on the complexity of the issue. This will be clearly communicated before any work begins.
Approval Required: We do not proceed with repairs without your express approval of the quote following diagnosis.
No-Fix, No-Charge (Excluding Diagnostics): If we cannot repair your device, you won't be charged for the repair. Diagnostic fees still apply where applicable.
Shipping to Us: Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping devices to our workshop. We recommend using tracking and insurance.
Return Shipping: We offer tracked return postage. Signature on delivery is required for high-value items.
Damage in Transit: We are not liable for damage or loss during shipping. Any damage must be reported to the carrier.
Typical Repairs: Most jobs are completed within 1–3 business days after diagnosis.
Delays: Some repairs may require parts or complex work and may take longer. You will be kept informed.
Standard Warranty: All hardware repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and workmanship unless otherwise stated.
Exclusions: Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, software faults, or issues caused by tampering or unauthorised repair attempts.
Return Process: Warranty claims require return of the original device. Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
Data Loss Disclaimer: While we take all precautions, we are not responsible for data loss. Please back up your data before sending in your device.
Privacy Commitment: We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided is used only for servicing your device and communicating with you. We never share your details with third parties.
Illegal Material: Devices containing illegal content (e.g., child exploitation material, pirated software) will be reported to law enforcement. We fully cooperate with authorities.
Respect & Safety: We are a child-safe business. All communication and conduct is expected to be respectful and lawful.
Payment Methods: We accept EFTPOS, Afterpay (surcharges may apply), PayID, and cash.
Full Payment Required: Devices will not be returned until full payment is received.
Refunds: Repair fees are non-refundable once the job has been completed and returned, unless covered by warranty or consumer guarantees.
Uncollected Items: Devices not collected within 60 days of job completion may be recycled, sold, or disposed of to recover costs, in accordance with fair trading law. Multiple contact attempts will be made first.
These policies operate in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these policies limits your consumer guarantees.
